How to Consistently Crush Your Goals and Achieve Massive Results (My Exact Framework)

How to Consistently Crush Your Goals and Achieve Massive Results (My Exact Framework)

May 5, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne Podcast, I’m your host AJ Osborne!

We all want results right? We want more money, freedom, opportunity, that six pack for the beach... the list could go on and on. We think all day about how great it would be to have these outcomes in our lives. There’s only one HUGE problem with this… we’re thinking about the end result and NOT the process we need to execute to actually achieve these outcomes.

This is where today’s podcast comes in.

Let’s be real with ourselves - none of us want to fail. We don’t want to sit spinning our wheels for decades never reaching the goals or visions we’ve set in our minds that we’d like to achieve. We only have so much time and so many resources.

So how do we make the most of it? How can we give our goals and aspirations the absolute best chance of success? How can we ensure that we actually get results?

We have to audit ourselves. We have to organize, plan, find what works and get rid of what doesn’t. We have to build teams, find mentors, and focus on long term, high output activities. Sounds like a lot of work right!? Well… it is. But it’s totally worth it.

Today I’m going to dive into these subjects and share the tools with you that I use every day to stay on track and drive results time after time. Get those notebooks out and get ready to crush your day, your week, your month, your year, and your life.

Thanks everybody,

AJ

The Keys to Progress | How to Move Forward with Certainty in Uncertain Times

The Keys to Progress | How to Move Forward with Certainty in Uncertain Times

April 27, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne podcast! I’m your host, AJ Osborne!

If you’ve listened to this podcast or my Self Storage Income podcast, you might have heard me talk about my three pillars that drive everything I do - Impact, Freedom, and Progress.

Each one of these pillars have their own unique challenges. However, Progress is one of those things that so many of us have such a hard time maintaining. The question is why?

Now I’m not going to try and diagnose the cause of everyone’s failure to progress in a desired direction. After all, we’re all on drastically different paths with drastically different understandings and goals of ‘progress’. I am however going to address a few key subjects that I believe can help anyone continue on their path to progress, especially when it comes to building your life around business and investing.

I’m hoping that the keys I share in today’s episode can help keep you compounding the power of progress, just like these keys have helped me on my own business and investing journey.

We’re going to ask the questions you need to truly be asking yourself, how to move forward with certainty in uncertain times, what the future looks like today and why long term vision is so important, and I even touch on the concept of what I call the ‘risk of ruin’.

Progress is our measurement of where we are currently to where we’d like to end up. Progress is a long and extremely volatile road. Prepare, plan, and execute on what will help you progress the most efficient ways possible.

The Current State of the US Economy & What We Need to Understand

The Current State of the US Economy & What We Need to Understand

April 22, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne podcast! I’m your host AJ Osborne.

If you follow me on social media you may have noticed these past couple weeks, I’ve been posting quite a bit on the current economic events happening here in our country. What we’re seeing is honestly unprecedented and in our country’s history we haven’t seen or experienced quite what we are today. That said, I’ve been thinking, and reading about this… A LOT… and I have some things to share that I think can shed some light.

The fact is, we’re seeing massive government intervention. This is diluting the economic fundamentals of this country and the very systems we run on. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a huge importance that needs to be placed on monetary policy and reasonable inflation is actually a good thing (more on this in the podcast). What causes issues is when the very systems we’ve created to help our economy actually end up being used in such a way that actually start to hurt our economy.

I today’s podcast I break everything down. I talk about the good and bad regarding inflation, supply and demand in the market place and its relation to the value of the USD, examples from the past that we can learn from and apply today, the fundamentals of value creation, and the importance of truly understanding value. These are all great topics to discuss, but most importantly, I propose the one question we all need to be asking, when the right time is to buy assets, and how all these subjects are connected and are working together like a large spider web, and also how all of this ties into the very reason that I started my holdings company and structured my investing the way that I have.

I don’t have all the answers and I’m not going to pretend like I do. I do however believe that the more of us that truly understand our economy and the drivers affecting that economy, the better off the world will be. And honestly… I can nerd out on this stuff all day lol.

Thanks for listening everybody and enjoy!

Yep, that’s right, you read that title correctly - $100,000.00 per month at age 29. He has $50 Million in assets under management and he’s done this with only two employees. This is a massive goal and one that generally takes decades of work to achieve. Our guest today however has reached this landmark in a cool 3 year timeframe. What an investing animal!

This incredible guest and human being we have on today is the one and only Matt Onofrio.

Like so many of us, Matt was set on the career path. Not only that, he had spent over a decade in school to achieve that career. This was no factor as Matt began talking to various mentors who were real estate investors. Seeing and understanding the power that can be tapped through real estate investing, Matt began to look seriously at real estate.

The Key to Tapping into the Millionaire Mindset with Cydney O’Sullivan

The Key to Tapping into the Millionaire Mindset with Cydney O’Sullivan

March 30, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne Podcast, I’m your host, AJ Osborne!

I have an amazing guest for you all today who has done everything from working the corporate job, to owning and operating business, writing books, organizing events, and teaching others to do the same… she’s done it all.

It’s a pleasure to welcome and introduce Cydney O’Sullivan.

Cydney has lived a life where she’s been able to experience both sides of the spectrum: poverty and wealth. Having these experiences has allowed her some incredible insights into types of people who tap into and achieve wealth, and the types of people who don’t.

Cydney discovered early on that wealth was the way to go. But how?

Over the years she’s bought a number of poorly operated businesses, turned them into total rock stars, then sold them for a premium. This concept of being able to identify a perfect opportunity to solve a problem or to make something better is a huge topic of discussion for us in this episode. We also talk about how to identify a niche, finding efficiencies that allow you to grow and scale, compound growth, and more.

Another huge topic we touch on today is what Cydney calls the Millionaire Mindset. This factor alone is what can set you up for growth and success in both good and bad times.

Enjoy this awesome episode with this awesome guest and I’ll see you next time!

Exposing Financial Truths to Get You on the Path of Building Wealth with Jonathan DeYoe

Exposing Financial Truths to Get You on the Path of Building Wealth with Jonathan DeYoe

March 23, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne Podcast, I’m your host, AJ Osborne!

Today we have an awesome guest lined up for you. We’re talking everything wealth and finance with the one and only Jonathan DeYoe.

It’s an unfortunate truth and one we can see almost everywhere we look - when it comes to wealth and finance a large majority of the population is drastically under educated and under prepared. This is the case a lot of times regarding even the most basic fundamentals of finance, money, society, the economy, and how these pieces all fit together. This is a huge cornerstone of my conversation with Jonathan today.

It was such a great time to dive into topics like social, economic, and wealth gaps and where they really stem from, the illusions that the finance industry has peddled to us all, the philosophy of money, currency, and how these differ, defining what risk really is, and discovering where wealth truly comes from.

I’m going to tell you right now, this is a podcast you’ll want to put on repeat to ensure you really hit everything going on in this discussion.

As we’ve already pointed out, there are massive issues that we face as people, an economy, and a country when it comes to finance. We’re supposed to plan our financial futures but how in the world are we to plan if we don’t even know how the system works? Don’t get left behind. Get educated, get prepared, share this podcast with your friends and never stop learning and growing.

Thanks for listening everybody,

AJ

Wealth Creation - The Keys to Building and Attaining Real Wealth

Wealth Creation - The Keys to Building and Attaining Real Wealth

March 16, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne Podcast, I’m your host AJ Osborne!

The goal for so many of us is to become wealthy and live the lives that we’ve always wanted to live. To build real, true financial freedom. To separate your income from your time and to be able to spend your time however you please. Building wealth is a beautiful thing.

There’s only one problem…

How do we actually build and attain wealth? Or even - what does it mean to be wealthy?

These are huge questions, questions that we won’t be able to totally dissect in this one episode. Even still, this episode will help get you off on the right foot in understanding the fundamentals of wealth creation and the real world process to building wealth and freedom.

I cover a lot in today’s episode but some of the topics I’m going to cover are keys to starting to invest and build wealth, getting rid of the fairytale entrepreneur archetypes, understanding demand, margins, and ROI, and more.

The goal of building wealth is no small order. It will take time, a lot of time, and it will take an equal amount of work. It’s not a process that we can afford to get wrong. We only have so much time and so much resources. Be sure you get off on the right path from day one and set yourself up to successfully build the wealth and future you’ve always dreamed of.

Thanks for listening everybody,

AJ

The Wealth Building Strategy You’ve Never Heard of with Tom Laune

The Wealth Building Strategy You’ve Never Heard of with Tom Laune

March 9, 2021

Welcome back everybody to the AJ Osborne Podcast!

We have an incredible guest lined up for you guys today that is going to share some amazing looks behind the curtain of wealth building. It’s my pleasure to welcome and introduce Tom Laune.

Tom wasn’t always in the financial industry. He actually worked an exciting job in the music industry for 29 incredible years as a producer and mix engineer. Due to partial hearing loss, Tom unfortunately had to exit the music industry. But he didn’t stop there.

Tom had always been passionate and interested in the wealth building process and finance. This being the case, Tom decided to go back to school and is now a financial consultant for clients across the country. But what is Tom doing in the world of finance and investing that sets him and his clients apart?

Before we get to that - have you ever wondered how banks use the money that you give to them? No, it’s not just sitting in a vault. When you deposit that money into your accounts at your bank, they immediately turn around and leverage (or lend) that money to borrowers at an insane ratio of 10 to 1. This means that after banks build up and meet their required reserve amount, or the amount of cash they are required to have on hand, the banks start lending YOUR money at that 10 to 1 ratio and earning interest. So for every dollar they hold, they leverage ten, and make money using YOUR money. This process is what we’ve come to call fractional banking.

Banks sure do have a great set up right!? But what if you could actually operate just like the banks? What if you could become your own bank?

Well you can.

This is what Tom is here to share with us today. He’s going to dive into his bullet proof wealth building strategy where he shares with us exactly how we can start operating and building wealth just like a bank. We talk about the tools to leverage and deploy to get you there and this amazing process of taking control of your money and not giving it to a bank. We also dive more into this concept of fractional lending or banking, infinite banking or sound money theory, inflation and deflation, and more.

All I have to say is get those note books ready.

Thanks everybody,

AJ
